- Eligibility Requirements
- Entry based on combined individual NRT points as of the Monday prior to the tournament.
- Entry Selection
- The anticipated draw size is 28 teams, however, after the top 24 teams are admitted, the next four teams will be added in a group of 4 to avoid uneven draw sizes. All teams will be placed on a waitlist, then moved into the draw based on combined individual NRT points. All teams will be notified of entry status on Monday, November 9th. Seeding for the Tour draw will be by NRT points.
- Wild Cards
- All National Ranking Tournaments (NRT) and PTI level Tournaments are subject to wild card spots, with a wild card available for every 16 teams allowed in a draw. A wild card team must be registered for the tournament by the registration deadline and must be approved by the National Tournament Committee. Wild card requests may come from tournament directors, the APTA, or players themselves, and should be requested prior to the close of registration. If no wild card spots are used, the draw will be filled out by the next eligible team/s.

- Official APTA rules will govern play.
- Format
- All main draw matches will be 2 out of 3 sets with regular scoring. All back draw matches will be played with a 10-point match tie breaker in lieu of the third set.

- The combined age of both players must equal 90 or higher.
- Entry Selection
- First come, first served with a waitlist at 19 teams. The draw will be filled to 20 teams, then expanded to 24 with a group of 4 teams to avoid uneven draw sizes.
