- Eligibility Requirements
- All players should renew their APTA membership through their League website before registering for this tournament. Entry based on combined individual NRT points as of the Monday prior to the tournament.
- Entry Selection
- The anticipated draw size for the Women's Tour is 32 teams. All teams will be placed on a waitlist, then moved into the tournament based on combined individual NRT points. All teams will be notified of entry status on Monday, October 12th. Seeding for the Tour draw will be by NRT points.
- Wild Cards
- All National Ranking Tournaments (NRT) and PTI level Tournaments are subject to wild card spots, with a wild card available for every 16 teams allowed in a draw. A wild card team must be registered for the tournament by the registration deadline and must be approved by the National Tournament Committee. Wild card requests may come from tournament directors, the APTA, or players themselves, and should be requested prior to the close of registration. If no wild card spots are used, the draw will be filled out by the next eligible team/s.
- Rules
- Official APTA rules will govern play.
- Format
- All main draw matches will be 2 out of 3 sets with regular scoring. All back draw matches will be played with a 10-point match tie breaker in lieu of the third set.

- All teams for Tour and Challenger draws will be registered/waitlisted in one pool of teams. The anticipated draw size for the Tour is 32 and the anticipated draw size of the Challenger will be an additional 32 teams. All teams who do not qualify for Tour draw based on combined NRT points will remain on the waitlist and then placed in the Challenger draw based on combined NRT points. When the number of teams on the waitlist exceeds the number of available spots and there is a tie in ranking (either matching NRT points or no NRT points) for the last available spot or spots, the team(s) with the lowest combined PTI will be moved into the tournament. All teams will be notified of entry status on Monday, October 12th. Seeding for the Tour draw will be by NRT points, seeding for the Challenger draw will be by PTI.
