- Eligibility Requirements
- Entry based on combined individual NRT points as of the Monday prior to the tournament. ALL WOMEN'S TEAMS ENTER FROM THIS PAGE.
- Entry Selection
- All teams for Grand Prix and Challenger draws will be registered/waitlisted in one pool of teams. The draw size for the Grand Prix is 32 and the anticipated draw size of the Challenger will be a minimum of 8 teams and a maximum of 16 teams, based on court availability and avoiding uneven draw sizes.
All teams who do not qualify for the Grand Prix draw based on combined NRT points will remain on the waitlist and then placed in the Challenger based on combined NRT points.
When the number of teams on the waitlist exceeds the number of available spots and there is a tie in ranking (either matching NRT points or no NRT points) for the last available spot or spots, the team(s) with the lowest combined PTI will be moved into the tournament. Wild card spots are available for all tournaments.
All teams will be notified of entry status on Monday, November 16th.
Seeding for the Grand Prix draw will be by NRT points, seeding for the Challenger draw will be by PTI.
- Wild Cards
- All National Ranking Tournaments (NRT) and PTI level Tournaments are subject to wild card spots, with a wild card available for every 16 teams allowed in a draw. A wild card team must be registered for the tournament by the registration deadline and must be approved by the National Tournament Committee. Wild card requests may come from tournament directors, the APTA, or players themselves, and should be requested prior to the close of registration. If no wild card spots are used, the draw will be filled out by the next eligible team/s.

- Official APTA rules will govern play.
- Format
- All main draw matches will be 2 out of 3 sets with regular scoring. All back draw matches will be played with a 10-point match tie breaker in lieu of the third set.
