- Eligibility Requirements
- Entry based on combined individual NRT points as of the Monday prior to the tournament. ALL WOMEN'S TEAMS ENTER FROM THIS PAGE.
- Entry Selection
- All teams for Tour and Challenger draws will be registered/waitlisted in one pool of teams. The anticipated draw size for the Tour is 32 and the anticipated draw size of the Challenger will be an additional 16 teams. All teams who do not qualify for Tour draw based on combined NRT points will remain on the waitlist and then placed in the Challenger draw based on combined NRT points. When the number of teams on the waitlist exceeds the number of available spots and there is a tie in ranking (either matching NRT points or no NRT points) for the last available spot or spots, the team(s) with the lowest combined PTI will be moved into the tournament. All teams will be notified of entry status on Monday, November 30th. Seeding for the Tour draw will be by NRT points, seeding for the Challenger draw will be by PTI. The Finals of the Women's Tour will be played Saturday morning at Huntington Country Club.
- Wild Cards
- All National Ranking Tournaments (NRT) and PTI level Tournaments are subject to wild card spots, with a wild card available for every 16 teams allowed in a draw. A wild card team must be registered for the tournament by the registration deadline and must be approved by the National Tournament Committee. Wild card requests may come from tournament directors, the APTA, or players themselves, and should be requested prior to the close of registration. If no wild card spots are used, the draw will be filled out by the next eligible team/s.

- Official APTA rules will govern play.
- Format
- All main draw matches will be 2 out of 3 sets with regular scoring. All back draw matches will be played with a 10-point match tie breaker in lieu of the third set.

- Players should note this NEW schedule of play: the Women's Tour will be played on Friday, with the Semi Finals of the main draw scheduled for Nassau Country Club on Friday late afternoon. The Finals of the Women's Tour will be played on Saturday morning at Huntington Country Club. The Men's Tour will begin play on Friday at 4:00pm. The Finals of the Men's Tour will be scheduled for Saturday, late afternoon, at Huntington Country Club.
