- Eligibility Requirements
- Entry based on combined individual NRT points as of the Monday prior to the tournament. ALL WOMEN'S TEAMS ENTER FROM THIS PAGE.
- Entry Selection
- All teams for the Tour and Challenger Draws will be registered/waitlisted in one pool of teams.
The anticipated draw size is 16 teams for the Tour and 32 teams for Challenger draw.
All teams who do not qualify for the Tour draw based on combined NRT points will remain on the waitlist and then placed in the Challenger draw based on combined NRT points. When the number of teams on the waitlist exceeds the number of available spots and there is a tie in ranking (either matching NRT points or no NRT points) for the last available spot or spots, the team(s) with the lowest combined PTI will be moved into the tournament. Wild card spots are available for all tournaments.
All teams will be notified of entry status on Monday, January 4th.
Seeding for the Tour draw will be by NRT points, seeding for the Challenger draw will be by PTI. - Wild Cards
- All National Ranking Tournaments (NRT) and PTI level Tournaments are subject to wild card spots, with a wild card available for every 16 teams allowed in a draw. A wild card team must be registered for the tournament by the registration deadline and must be approved by the National Tournament Committee. Wild card requests may come from tournament directors, the APTA, or players themselves, and should be requested prior to the close of registration. If no wild card spots are used, the draw will be filled out by the next eligible team/s.

- First come, first served. After the first 24 teams, the draw will increase in groups of 4 to avoid uneven draw sizes. The tournament will be flighted into groups of 8 or 12 based on a team's combined PTI.
